Mike Pearson tells us about the upcoming farm show, Husker Harvest Days and what it has to offer attendees.

The Farm Progress Show is August 29-August 31-- next week. If you can't make it to this show then purchase your tickets now for Husker Harvest Days in Nebraska.

The show is held two hours west of Omaha in the Platte Valley and it's held Sept. 12-14.

It is a working farm show. It's unique because it focuses on agriculture in the Plains and is th eonly irrigated farm show.

This allows irrigation companies to showcase new products.

Attendees can also see field demonstrations which include the newest combines and tillage equipment.

And everyone knows cattle are a big part of agriculture in the plains. The show will include live cattle handling demonstrations and beef workshops including marketing and management.

Farmers will also get the chance to see autonomous tractors in the fields.

Plus, no one should go away hungry from the show as food tents and a hospitality tent are part of the show.

Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Mike Pearson, a farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
